Frequently Asked Questions

Soy wax is a natural and renewable resource. It is biodegradable and easily cleans up with soap and water. It has a longer burn time than paraffin wax because it has a lower melting point than paraffin wax. It retains scent and is virtually soot free.

One easy way to remove the last bits of wax from your jar is to place the jar in the freezer for 15 minutes. Remove the jar. Use a knife to gently break up the wax. Voila! Wash it and reuse it!

This is a natural effect of soy wax. This only occurs with vegetable waxes. Frosting takes place when the natural wax used to make a candle tries to return to its natural state.
